Adishta has completed her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from University of Mumbai and has undergone various training and certifications in Psychotherapy Counselling Skills and child counseling. She has experience in clinical and hospital settings. She has worked with young adults and on issues such as depression anxiety trauma interpersonal adjustment relationship and attachment issues behavioral modification etc. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is one of the biggest indicators of change which is why she strives to create a safe warm space in which clients can feel seen and heard. She works from an integrative strength-based approach and empowers clients to reconstruct or create new narratives that bring about understanding healing meaning and a stronger sense of self. Apart from her professional profile Adishta is a cynophile and a bibliophile and has her interests in poetry and music. She aims to cater to the needs of a diverse set of individuals and de-stigmatize mental health care and discussions about the same.
