Since high school I’ve been fascinated by the field of psychology. My curiosity about human behaviour and mental processes compelled me to pursue further studies in the field. I’m currently pursuing a Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology from Adarsh Rehabilitation Centre. I completed my master’s degree from Aligarh Muslim University and my bachelor’s degree from Indraprastha College for Women Delhi University. My goal is to de-stigmatize mental health create more awareness and make it more accessible to the general public.
