| Brief Bio | Hi I am Alison Lobo a recent graduate of MSc in Clinical Psychology from RGUHS Bengaluru. I have a strong background in Psychology that spans over 7 years as well as more than two years of experience gained through internships at private clinics and hospitals wherein I observed cases participated in casework and conducted psychological assessments as needed. My counseling emphasizes an integrative and holistic approach to mental health. I believe that working in partnership with clients is essential for setting goals and that clients can access their inner strengths and promote change within the structure of the therapeutic relationship. I am familiar with the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy motivational interviewing person-centered therapy and psycho-education and I employ them in my counseling. |
