I am a Psychologist by profession & a retired teenager by heart! With prior experience of over 9 years in training coaching and counseling I specialize in adolescent Counseling & student career profiling. I’ve empowered and guided many teenagers and their parents to cope up with different challenges and have worked towards building a better & meaningful life.

These teenagers relate me to their own age and open up to me freely… Considering this exact concept of providing support and guidance to many such youngsters Mind Mitra is my own brand through which I reach all of you!

I founded Mind Mitra a private practice where I offer online and offline mental health services including individual counseling adolescent counseling career counseling online psychometric testing and mental wellness programs for teams.

Additionally I am a Bosch certified trainer since 2022 where I conducted employability skills enhancement programs under BOSCH CSR at Thane Bangalore and Nagpur centers. As an Assistant Empowerment Coach I have empowered and coached individuals self-employed and working professionals in goal setting to goal achievement. I have also conducted workshops on career guidance and personality development.

I am a Master’s degree holder in Counseling Psychology from the University of Mumbai where I conducted research and submitted a dissertation on the impact of family sex communication orientation on sexual attitudes of adolescents. I am also an internationally recognized certified NLP practitioner and Graphology practitioner.
