As a counselling psychologist I believe understanding the self and working to achieve a level of well-being that has its roots within is of utmost importance.

We as human beings contain the potential to be the best versions of ourselves and only require a little guidance along the way.

I aim to promote psychological as well as emotional well-being on my path as a mental health professional.
