I’ve been volunteering as a ‘Support Volunteer’ in Connecting Ngo Pune’s Suicide Survivors Support Program since one year. Connecting Ngo is working in the field of mental health with a key focus on Suicide Prevention since last 16 years. Under SSP emotional support is provided to attempt Survivors people who have lost loved ones to suicide or impacted by suicide. This SSP program is implemented through Hospital Visit Visit SSP – TESS (Since 2020) Telephonic Emotional Support to Survivors of Suicide. I am a part Of Telephonic  Service and have manned 30 slots till date. Before Volunteering I had undergone an intensive 3 months training (which included 4 weekends of full day theory sessions midweek practice sessions and 2 months of post training practice sessions.)

Worked as an Volunteer in Parivartan Pune Manobal Helpline since April 2020 where we try to give emotional first aid to people in this Covid-19 pandemic as a Manas -Maitrin.

Volunteered in Corona’s Psychological Distress Phone Counselling Free Helpline run by SF Positive Mental Health Institute Pune. Which will be working for 24*7 hrs.in Maharashtra from 1st May 2021.

Did 70 Hrs. E-Internship at Grow2fly Child & Adolescents Counselling Centre Pune during the month of July August September. During this internship I worked in the area of Remedial Intervention which involved making worksheets and teaching aids observation of live online remedial sessions initial meeting report explanations. I underwent training on remedial area

“Language Development Level 1” and it’s application was assessed through creation of related worksheets and mock sessions.

Did 73 Hrs. of In-person Internship at Grow2fly Child & Adolescents Counselling Centre Pune during the month of October and November. Recently I joined Period Essentials Program by Lok Biradari Trust Pune and Samajabandh where I will be working as a facilitator to create an awarness about Periods related things.
