I’ve been working with Psy-मन under the guidance of Ms. Naina Dave for over a year now. I’ve completed B.A. in Applied Psychology from Amity University Noida in 2020. I’ve worked with Perfect Mind Clinic Patel Nagar New Delhi under the guidance of Dr. Vikas Jain & Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute Paschim Vihar New Delhi. I think that it’s important to remember that mental health does not discriminate. That a lot of people are diving thru the same stuff & that we’re not alone. I want to help de-stigmatise Mental Health & that’ll only be possible when people will begin to seek help for themselves & know that we’ll be here for each other. |
