Psychotherapy Case Discussions

For Psychologists

Founder:

Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and Related Sciences (ICHARS)

ICHARS is dedicated to enabling coaches and mental health practitioners to create a happier, healthier, more fulfilling world by helping them develop advanced coaching and therapeutic skills with comprehensive, step-by-step training. This enables them to serve their clients better and meet their professional and personal goals.

Story behind the group

We have been offering training programs on developing advanced therapeutic skills for almost a decade now. During the course of our journey, we realised that one thing that most psychologists seek apart from quality training is a place where they can connect with their peers and discusses cases. While this opportunity has always been available for all our students at ICHARS, we wanted to do more and also reach out to practitioners who are not yet ICHARS students but understand the need for professional development via peer learning and case discussion. It is for this reason that we started organising these sessions

Session Objectives

Peer case discussion sessions are an excellent way for psychologists to share ideas, ask questions, and get feedback on how they can better their practice.

  • They also help to build relationships with colleagues
  • These sessions provide an opportunity for psychologists to share knowledge and best practices, as well as to support each other in career growth
  • These sessions provide a forum for psychologists to hear about different approaches and perspectives on how to approach and help clients
