    • Promising to visit a mental health practitioner if you ever experience emotions like anger, guilt, helpless, anxiety, grief…. intensely, specially for 2 or more days
    • Requesting others to visit a mental health practitioner when they experience any of these emotions continuously for 2 or more days.
