| Brief Bio | I found my passion in the field of Mental Health when I joined Samaritans – a suicide helpline six years ago. Since then I have enhanced my learnings in this field from doing a Diploma in Counselling Master in Counselling Psychology and doing Basic and Advanced Rational and Emotive Behavior Therapy. I am strongly inclined towards the Person Centred approach as I believe each one of us are unique with our special quality and are capable of developing our strengths and abilities. I also practice REBT to deal with irrational thoughts and beliefs we might be holding which may be coming in the way of living a fulfilling life ahead. |
