Brief Bio	For the last 14 years I’ve been counselling children adolescent and adults and helped them in collaboratively find solutions to issues in their lives.I have pursued BA (Hons in Psychology) and MA (Clinical Psychology) from BHU Varanasi. I have attained an advanced diploma in child guidance and counselling from NIPCCD – Delhi. While counselling I adopt an approach which is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) Dialectectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and person-centered approach. I believe in cognitive restructuring wherein the individual is assisted in identifying and changing unhelpful thinking patterns that may have developed over the years.
