Stress is your body’s reaction to a challenge or any demand. How it started???

Why it becomes so called STRESS ?
Due to the deadline or danger or conflict which you do not want to face? Stress is caused by an existing stress causing factor or STRESSORS. When the stress is gone, your stress moved on but if it continued then the ANIXEITY came. Your body reacts to stress by releasing some hormones. These hormones make your brain more alert, cause your muscles to tense and increase your pulse rate. In the short, these reactions are good because they help you in handling the situation. This is your body’s way of protecting itself.
The stress is good in some terms for your brain to performed well but when it continues for longer time ,it will become a disorder STRESS. Now you are in stress. HERE THE PROBLEM STARTED. How will you handle it? Is this stress making you frustrated and irritable? Is this getting out of control? Here ,you need quick relief!!
There is no quick relief! For any mental disorders, You need to have patience for getting total relief. But first ,you must learn to control your STRESSOR. If you learn to face or manage it, maybe you can cope or handle your stress .If still you are facing problem, then it’s time to take help.
